Michelle Blessing
Michelle Blessing started her professional writing career in 2010. She has experience in child development, parenting, social relationships and mental health, enhanced by her job experience as a clinical therapist and parent educator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
As a clinical therapist, Michelle's area of expertise is rehabilitating juvenile sexual offenders. She also works directly with the families of many clients to assist in reintegrating them to home and community. Michelle provided in-home assistance to teenage and first time parents, as well as teaching basic parenting concepts through weekly classes. She has also provided school and community support to children diagnosed with autism and autism-spectrum disorders.
Currently a part-time stay-at-home mom and advocate of attachment parenting, Michelle enjoys gaining "field experience" by parenting her two sons, ages 2 and 8 months.
